By using this website, its mobile website and / or mobile application available on Android and/or iOS (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) and providing your personal information, you consent to the terms of our online privacy policy and to our processing of such personal information for the purposes explained in this policy. Your privacy is very important to us. We follow systematic and stringent procedures to protect the security of the information/data stored in our Platform. The information that you have shared on our Platform is stored in secure servers with encryption and can be accessed only for official purposes. Any of our employees who violate our privacy and/or security policies related to consumer data is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
2. Registration
To sign up on our Platform, you are required to provide us with your contact number for the generation of OTP via SMS. Upon logging in through OTP, certain basic mandatory information, inter-alia, including your name, e-mail ID etc, shall be provided by you. Once the registration is completed, the shared contact number can be used to access your account every time you visit our Platform.
3. Information we collect and that you provide:
We collect information that is either anonymous or personally identifiable. The anonymous information includes the pages you view on our Platform, the search terms you enter into our search utility, your IP address and the operating system, browser software and internet service provider you use, your referral website or source of origin and any other relevant information, in order to improve security, analyse trends and administer our Platform. Our analytic tools may also capture anonymous information such as your demographic and geographic information, with a view to assist us in improving consumer experience. We may collect your personal data upon your consent as per the provisions of the DPDP Act and use it only to ensure your smooth & uninterrupted access to all services offered on our Platform.

A. Information You Give Us:
We receive and store any information including personal information you enter on our Platform or give us in any other way, including but not limited to name, gender, email ID, telephone number, mobile number, billing and shipping addresses, physical characteristics etc. You can choose not to provide certain information, but in such an event, you may not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our Platform, and communicating with you. Consumer needs to fill in all the mandatory information for placing an order with us.

D. SMS Communications:
Upon placing an order on our Platform, we shall be entitled to use your registered mobile number on the Platform to send transaction-related SMS to you, irrespective of DND (“Do not Disturb”) services being activated on your mobile. We may occasionally send promotional SMS to your registered mobile number. Consumer hereby authorises us to send transactional SMS to his registered number, even if the number is registered for DND service.
E. Information from Other Sources:
We may also receive relevant information from other sources and use such information to provide a better consumer experience.
F. Payment Information:
We do not take Credit/Debit cards or Net banking details on our Platform. On clicking the option Pay Now, you will be redirected to either Secure Payment Gateway or the Bank’s Net Banking website to complete the transaction. You will then be required to enter your relevant card details or net banking details on the page to complete the transaction. On successful completion of the transaction, you will be redirected to our Platform with your order details and order number being displayed.
It is to be noted that we will not be storing any Bank related information on our records and none of our staff will hold or be exposed to this information.
4. Cookies
It is not a mandatory requirement to accept cookies for using your account. However, cookies can be used to ensure a quick and improved shopping experience including entering your password OTP less frequently during a session. Cookies are files that will identify your computer/electronic device to our server as a unique user when you visit pages on our Platform. This will save you time while you are using our Platform since your computer/electronic device will already be identified as a unique user on our server. We use cookies only to ensure your improved shopping experience and not to obtain, store or use any other personally identifiable information about you. Our cookies are free from viruses and do not contain any of your personal details. You may configure your browser to prevent cookies from being set on your computer/electronic device. If you reject/delete the cookies, you may still use the Platform, but your ability to use some areas of the Platform may be limited and you may not be able to use certain features of the Platform. 5. Server Logs
In order to ensure easy and comfortable surfing on our Platform, each time you visit our Platform, the server collects certain statistical information. These statistics are only used to provide us information in relation to the type of user using our Platform by maintaining the history of pages viewed and at no point they identify the personal details of the user. We may make use of this data to understand as to how our Platform is being used.

We don’t knowingly collect, maintain or sell products or services to people under the age of 18 or use personal information from our Platform about children under the age of 18. We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to or accidental loss of or destruction or damage to your information. When we collect data through our Platform, we collect your personal details on a secured server. The payment details are entered on the Payment Gateway’s or Bank’s page on a secured SSL. The data is transferred between the Bank and gateways in an encrypted manner.
Though we are unable to guarantee 100% security, encryption makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. You are strongly recommended not to send full credit or debit card details in unencrypted electronic communications with us. Except on the Payment Gateways page of your respective bank, you are requested not to submit or otherwise/send to our Platform/e-mail IDs provided therein or to any other IDs, your debit or credit card or any other banking details. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of your information. As per our security procedures, we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your generated OTP and to your computer/electronic device.

A. Do not disclose your OTP.
Keep your OTP which is generated while logging in private. Anybody who knows your OTP can access your account.
Always log out when you complete an online session instead of closing the page.
B. Ensure your Personal Computer/Electronic Device is protected:
Fraudsters may send genuine-looking emails that contain viruses. These viruses install malicious code on your computer/electronic device without your knowledge and extract your confidential information that you use to access your online profile/account etc.
C. Tips to bear in mind:
Keep your computer/electronic device updated with latest anti-virus/anti-spyware software.
Install a personal firewall on your computer/electronic device to protect your account.
Do not click on links or open attachments in unknown or unsolicited (spam) emails.
9. With whom do we share your personal data?
We disclose your personal data to external parties ensuring that all disclosures are in accordance with DPDP Act, Applicable Privacy Laws and to respond to lawful requests, court orders, or legal enforcement requirements.
We may share your data with our affiliates, third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (‘third parties’) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal data unless we have instructed them to do it. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.
10. How long do we keep your personal data?

Upon receipt of this data, we will investigate and resolve the issue within 15 business days from receipt of your request. The right to erasure or restrict processing of data: You have the right to request SPTI to erase or restrict processing of your personal data, under certain conditions including proving that this data was reported to SPTI by mistake but exercising this right may impact your access to some of our services.
